How we make money
HomeApproach is free for members. We are not a settlement service provider and do not charge you for matches or introductions.
If you choose to work with an independent lender, agent, or other partner you meet through HomeApproach, that partner may compensate us for marketing or introduction services out of their own business. That compensation is never added to your rate, commission, or closing costs. You are never required to use anyone we suggest, and declining a match costs you nothing. You are free to compare and choose any provider on your own.
What we are not
We are not a lender, real estate brokerage, credit repair company, or government agency. We do not approve loans, administer grants, or guarantee eligibility.
